Eszkuláp Association was named in loving memory of Eszkuláp, the dachshund. Eszkuláp was partially paralized when he was rescued, so he got the name after Aesculapius, the Greek god of healing. He got a second chance and lived a happy and wonderful life.  

I met the founder of Eszkuláp Association from our collaboration in Futrinka Association, where I was a volunteer graphic designer for years, while she was the founder/director. 

After parting ways with Futrinka she founded Eszkuláp Association, and reached out to me to create a logo for them, in memory of Eszki, the dog.
